You'll have a great time and a rewarding experience when you choose to serve at the conference as a Bag Pick-Up Assistant, Speaker Table Assistant or Personal Assistant for one of our Speakers.

BONUSES as a volunteer

Bag Pick-Up Assistant:  You will receive RESERVED SEATING at either Mom’s Night Out or the Main Sessions.  You will still register for conference and help to hand out bags/programs to attendees either Thursday evening, early Friday Morning, before Mom’s Night Out Friday night OR early Saturday morning.

ONE-DAY Personal Assistants or Speaker Table Assistants: Personal Assistants take care of a speakers’ needs.  They introduce the speaker to the workshop, so speaking in front of a large group is mandatory.  More will be explained the morning you check-in.  Speaker Table Assistants maintain a speaker’s table by taking orders, selling merchandise, etc... All day volunteers do NOT complete a registration form or pay a conference fee for the day they are volunteering.  As an ALL DAY volunteer, you share your gifts, talents, and personality as you serve other moms.  You will receive:

TWO-DAY Personal Assistants or Speaker Table Assistants:  You would NOT register for the conference at all!  You will receive all the benefits of the One-Day volunteer positions with one NEW ADDED BENEFIT!!  You will receive a FREE flash drive with both main sessions plus up to 10 workshops!
